Hello,
Few year back, it was announced by Government of India that Socially and Educationally Backward Classes-Minorities (SEBC-M) is an additional category under OBC-NCL.
So, you can choose to fill as OBC category in JEE mains application form.But you need to have a valid OBC-NCL certificate or you will be considered general.
