    I am living in Karnataka for more than 10 years and done my schooling from here itself, but the caste certificate of obc ncl which i have is of Rajasthan state which is my father's native. Will it be a problem during josaa councelling

    Yes, there can be a problem using a Rajasthan state OBC-NCL certificate for JoSAA counselling if it is not in the central government's format and is issued after the specified date. The fact that you have lived in Karnataka for more than 10 years does not automatically make a Rajasthan-issued certificate valid for central admissions.
