Hello there. If you are falling under the general category then nothing can be done about it. If are falling under the general category then it can't be done like forcefully putting you in minority just for benifit. The only thing is that if the whole community is being considered as a minority, then you can go out for the option of getting benifit of minority otherwise nothing can be done.
