Generally, candidates who have pursued graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 50%-60% aggregate are eligible to apply for Master of Library and Information Science though certain universities may have specific criteria of having the specific subject at the graduation level, admission process may be merit based or done through entrance test such as conducted by Punjab University, Osmania University to name a few, and there are many people who have pursued master's degree in more than one subject, as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid out by the concerned university then you can definitely go ahead with pursuing M.Lib.I.Sc
