i am student of 12th cbse and i have given improvement exam because of my last year Percentage was less than 50% but my new marksheet shows As private candidate Am i eligible for neet?

Yes. The Eligibility criteria for NEET UG states that the Candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCB and english Subject ombinations from a recognised Board of education.
So, if you pass it from CBSE board, even as a private candidate, you are eligible for NEET.

But ma'am as per NTA guideline private candidate is not allowed in Neet

but you gave improvement for the exam passed from cbse board right?
so you are eligible, don't worry. and there's are a lot if students across India, who give class 12th exam as private candidate from a school, but all are eligible. it's the Board of education that matters. not a board which is not recognised by the government of India.
