So many people are starting their business after 40 years of age and getting success. There are so many women who didn't study at their early age are completing 10th standard. Age should never be an obstacle to achieve anything in the life.

Yes you can definitely go to abroad to study or to get settled over there. There are so many opportunities waiting for you outside, you just have go out and seize them. If your parents are not convinced about your plans then you should talk to them, explain them about your plans, your future goals and make them believe that you are going to make them proud of you and I am sure they will understand and they will help you in achieving your goals.
