It's difficult to predict for certain whether you will get a "good" college through REAP counselling with a 44 percentile in JEE Mains.

REAP considers both 12th board marks and JEE Mains percentile for admissions.
Your high score of 90.6% in boards is definitely a strong point.
However, the 44 percentile in JEE Mains might limit options, especially for competitive streams like CSE or ECE in government colleges.
