i attemped 38 questions in mains. What are the chances that i will clear the cutoff with MAX 10 questions wrong and MIN 5 questions wrong?

Let's see this, with maximum 10 questions wrong, you have done 23 questions correct. Hence, the minimum marks you can obtain is (23*4)-(10*1)=92-10=82
With minimum 5 questions wrong and 28 questions correct, you can score a maximum of (28*4)-(5*1)= 112-5 =107
82 is a dangerous score it might or might not be able to clear cutoff. But any score above 90 can make you sure that you will be able to clear the cutoff with ease.
