I belong to cast VJ which category should I choose in UPSC form ? there are show only SC , ST and OBC ... ?

Hii!
VJ stands for Vimukta Jati or denotified tribes. So, as per constitutional quota, Vimukta Jati is considered as NT -B. So, if you come u der Vimukta Jati you should choose your category as OBC in the UPSC entrance exam. You will be treated under benefits for OBC caste in India.
