Sorry but you will not get any government college .
This thing i am saying to you because my frds got 120 then they got an govt.college.
And 82 is very far away .
This rank will not help u to get government colleges .govt colleges like nit has cutt off rank of 15000 to 25000 often keep cut off rank instead u can give separate state engineering entrance exams with hard work.so u can try next year with full preparation .you will surely make it to premier engg. College
