I belong to Sc category and my JEE mains is percentile is 97.34 and I am getting 79 marks is there any possibility of getting IIT .

Hello vinod, as you have stated that you have cleared JEE mains with 97.34 percentile but the the criteria for getting the admission in the IIT, states that you have to also clear the cut-off of the JEE Advance also. If you are clearing the cut-off of the jee advance then only you are eligible for applying in the JOSAA counseliing.
