I checked the option to upload OBC certificate by 5 june, but i am unable to proceed 2nd step without uploading OBC certificate...??

Hello aspirant,
For registration process you have to upload all the necessary documents as without that you will not be able to proceed. As caste certificate is important because it will provide you the reservation according to your category quota. That will give you lots of benefits so you need to upload the required documents.
