Hello Sekai

If you did not get any betterment in cap 3 after you had already been allotted a seat in cap 2 then there are no chances for you to get any betterment further because hardly anyone is going to leave their seat at the last moment. Still if you wanna try till the 11th hour then do not stop yourself as you might regret not waiting later if you miss any chances so go for it!
