Really sorry to say this but you are ineligible to get fee reimbursement from the Government.

When you submit your income certificate at the certificate verification then according to your income you will be eligible for fee reimbursement.

So as you haven't submitted your invome certificate you will not be eligible to get fee reimbursement from the Government.
