Off course you can.you are just required to take the exam for Nda/NA conducted by upsc in september and april every year. Then if you qualify that exam you will be called for SSB( a 5 day personality test ) and then if you qualify that you will be called for medicals and then a Merit list will be made upon all this and if you get joining letter you can go to Nda.

But You must have at least passed your class 12 board exams.
