I dont want seat alloted to me in Cap 1 and I want to apply for Cap 2 then is it necessary to report to ARC? And what is further process?

Dear Aspirant! Of you don't report at the reporting centre for further process then it will be assumed that you have rejected the seat and you won't be considered in the further rounds of Counselling . So it would be better to accept the seat alloted in round 1 and you must choose float option then you will be considered for further rounds of counselling. You may be alloted another seat in second round.
