Hello aspirant,
NTA allowed once to correct the mistakes in the application forms but I am not sure what you are asking is going to happen or not.
But do not fill a duplicate form because then NTA will reject your application form.Most probably your April attempt percentile would be considered only...

But I fill up the form . So ap muja itna bataya ki mra Jan or April ka dono form reject hoga ya one of them are rejected
