Yes u can get new nit like delhi nit  and also get best nit but stream is matter . if you are from obc category but if you are from general category it less chance to get . And in new rule there your board marks not consider you have to score 75% in board for qualifying ..

no, you cant get into nit's with 100 marks.even the other top engineering colleges also won't accept the jee marks of 100 for the cse/it branch.you need to score more.for the nit's,to get into the decent branches  you've to score nearly 190+.plz refer the given link,
