Firstly you cannot put IT instead of chemistry

Also, NATA Eligibility Criteria 2019 states that the candidate must have scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics i.e. 150 out of 300

So, unfortunately you are not eligible according to criteria

hello aspirant,

pcm marks means the total marks of physics, chemistry and mathematics. if your chemistry marks is not good you cannot replace it with any other subject. if you have applied through changing the marks you  will face problems during the counselling time as documents are strictly varify.
