According to your mentioned rank, you have no chance of getting  any college through IP CET or any govt. college under Delhi. So I suggested you to don't think too much over it and go for other prestigious colleges. There are so many govt. college in which you can get into it through UPSEE, COMEDK AND JEE MAINS, if you have filled the application of one of these.

Don't worry about to go only in govt. college, you can prefer private colleges as these are also very good. So the choices are still open up for you.
