I will suggest you to wait , you can get a very good college in coming rounds.
I will suggest you to go for spot round also, it will enhance your branch as well as college.

Dear aspirant,
There are only a a few IITs that are preferred over IIT roorkee
Since you fell short by a few ranks I suggest you wait till the next round or even another round because you have good chance in securing IIt roorkee. However IIT Guwahati is just behind Roorkee so incase you end up with it don't be disheartened.

Sir but i dont have caste validity . And commitee will give me in 3 months and admission for b tech will start from august. So m seeking for some relief to produce caste validity
