i got 2321 obc-ncl rank in b.arch but i did't got seat in any nit's? what is the reason behind this?

you didn't get any seats in top collages because according to your OBC-NCL rank which is not enough to cross the cutoff criteria of NITs. To get admission in any NITs your rank should be under 2.5k CRL.
