Yes you can register for haryana common counselling. Registration will start from mid June.
To participate in online Haryana B.Tech counselling and seat allotment 2018, you have to pay counselling fee, get registered, and exercise choice filling and locking. Meanwhile, seat allotment will be based on the inter-se merit.
