Sorry to say but with this percentile I am afraid you might not get admission in any engineering college if you belong to general category. But if you're a SC/ST candidate then you might get admission into low tier private engineering colleges that accepts jee main score.
I would suggest you to rather go for any other college or entrance exam or drop a year and come again next year with better preparation.
