I got 51 marks in jee main n my crl rank is 234432 n obc ncl rank is 75568 m i qualified or not. Will i get admission in state eng. college.

You are qualified as this year cut off marks of obc is 45 so you can give jee advanced now.but your rank is not good enough to get good college .so i suggest you to go for state engineeRing College.tell me you state so i can tell you which college you will definitely get.
