Hope you are good.
I am sorry to say that your rank is very low and it's very hard or I should say it's not possible for you to get any government college through Jee counselling.
You can look for private colleges if you have given entrance of any one. Your board marks are quite good so you may opt for the private colleges which accpets admission on the basis of 12 th score.
You can opt for any branch of your choice there.
