Dear aspirant,
Your rank is decent but quite insufficient to get you seat in any NITs or IITs through all India counseling. Actually every year cut-offs of these colleges chances but looking forward to previous year cut-offs then chances are less. You should try through state counselling and maybe some chances made to get you a decent college through JEE marks. Hope you find it useful.
