Your rank as well as percentile is too low to fetch you any nit or iiit even if you have category or state quota.
You can try for private universities such as vit, srm, bits if you have given vitee, srmjee or bitsat or else you can take a drop and prepare once more for jee.

As you have scored 65 Percentile and you haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.
