JEE MAINS is a nation wide exam and is the entrance exam for even a few other countries. So the cut-offs for government colleges are very high, and people work very hard to score well. So with your percentile in spite of your reservation, it is very unlikely that you get a government college. You can obviously try through the JoSAA rounds and if by any chance you get admission, well and good. We can never say anything for sure, but I'm saying this according to previous years' cut-offs.
