I got 70 percent in 12 class can i get admission in any college through merit system. I m neither sc/st nor obc .

You have not mentioned the course which you want to pursue, so it is quite difficult to tell anything. All I can say it that, there is pretty decent chances to get admission, be it engineering or other UG courses.
