Hello, you have not mentioned your rank so it's diffult to predict a exact rank and at this rank chances of getting north eastern Nit may be there like Sikkim, Nagaland,Manipur, Mizoram with branche like civil engineering for this you have to wait till spot round of counseling.
Also, apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
And also apply for other states government colleges which accepts admission through Jee mains.
