Your chances are better to take over the NIT premises with having this much range of percentile in the JEE mains paper 1 but as off now NTA authorities hasn't declared the official cuttoff for various categories inorder to enter into the NIT , which is going to be declare after the end of JEE mains April session entrance exam. So till now you have to wait for it until the official results were declared. But anyways you can also use the predictors via which you can get the rough estimation about that .
