I am sorry to say , you wont be getting any good colleges with the rank you have scored in JEE mains considering the competitive nature the exams are encountering in the near future.So ,It would be better if you will apply to any colleges that accept JEE mains marks before taking you into admission so that you are availed of any consession.You can join other colleges where there are separate entrance exams to the course or they admit yyou based on your merit marks in 12 th grade equivalent exams .
Hope the answer i have provided is of help.Dont change your course just because you arent able to get a college in JEE counselling , always know there are other ways for it.
