To calculate the NATA cutoff, your board percentage is added to the half of your NATA score. In this case, 80.6 + (122/2) = 80.6 + 61 = 141.6.
A NATA cutoff of 141.6 out of 200 is a good score. You can definitely try for a merit seat in your state counselling. This depends on your native domicile.
