I got 83 percentile in jee can I get in nirma or daiict in special round.Gave jee April but was not well then and underperformed in the exam

well i see that you have only 83 percentile in jee mains . with this percentile your rank will be very much. See special round is conducted based on the number of seats left and wht was the last closing rank. So considering all of that and previous year closing rank, i don't think that it will be enough to get daiict or nirma. But you can give it a try.
