Hope you are doing great.
As per your question, NO you may not probably get an NIT with 84 percentile. To get an NIT with the JEE score, you need to score more than 95 percentile. Only, then you will be getting a seat in NIT, in your preferred score. However, cutoffs vary from one year to other.
