yes!  first you should look for ihm hyderabad .it is an  excellent institute which is famous for its academics and infrastructure

you have also mentioned that you don't want to go out of telangana thus first you should try for ihm hyderabad

it is prettty tough to get admissions at your rank but not impossible so first check out the cutoff list .

if you are an obc student then you have a good chance of getting admissions
