See, NTA hasn't made any official announcement regarding ranks and cutoff's yet. So I request you to please wait till any official announcement is made.
Moreover, the percentile declared is only for the exam shift for which you have appeared and is not for all the exam shifts conducted.
So I request you to please be patient till any other official announcement is made.
