the college itc college mumbai gives admission based on ranks. you can check you rank based on your mhtcet score here: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-marks-vs-rank
there is a chance that you do not get admission because of the high cutoff but wait for the official cutoffs since sc and a female student can give you an advantage
