You need to answer a few important questions first. Did you appear for MHCET for MMS programs? And the most important question is that are you a domicile of Maharashtra? If the first answer is negative then please mention exact exam and if the second question's answer is negative, then I don't see much hope. I would rather suggest you to look for some other option or prepare hard for the coming year. Anyway, good luck!
