I got 91.5 percentile in jee mains April 2019 my CRL rank is 95030 and ews rank is 11388 can I get any nit??

However it's difficult to predict for EWS category since it has come into use from this year only..
However according to me your percentile is not enough to fetch you any NIT's despite having the EWS category priority..
