I got 94.2 percentile and 64k rank but I didn't have ews .before fee days I got ews reservation can I change my rank.if s how?

No, now you can't apply for EWS category because there was a duration given by NTA that is between 11- 15 March, 2019 which was over. If you apply at the time, you will definitely get the better rank according to this category.
