I got 94%in 12th PCM. And 17560 rank in jee main paper 1.My home state is andhra Pradesh. Can I get CSE in best college?

Congratulations for your board and jee mains result.
Your rank is very good and there is also fair chances of getting admission in any of the top nits or iiits.
But i doubt your admission in cse in nit trichy,
Which is considered as best nit.
It takes requires some more close rank.
because you got a chance to appear in the jee advanced , do appear for it with full preparation. After that decide where to take admission.
I will suggest you to appear for spot round also.
