hello aspirant,

If you got a seat in 1st round ,you must join in the college.and without joining if you apply for second phase counselling and if you get a seat in second phase you should join second phase college only,you cannot cancel second phase counselling college. overall you have chance to cancel the college alloted in first phase but cannot cancel seat provided in second phase.you should and must continue only in college alloted by second phase.
