I got a St rank of 15k in jee mains but I didn't got any seat in 5 rounds.. so can I get any seat in upcoming rounds???

Your rank is a bit low for IIT admissions. But the required rank can get lower towards the last rounds. You should not leave the counseling. Also, there is a spot round after the 7 rounds of counseling which is for the filling of vacant seats so the cutoff is a bit lower for it.
