I am not clear as to which fee you are concerned so I'll tell both.If you get a college allotted in second round of AIQ and you have state quota seat and don't want to join so the deposit fee for counselling won't be refunded.

In the other case where you join AIQ allotted seat the admission fee won't be returned.You may be the returned the tuition fee with some rebate depending upon the college policy.
