If the colleges you have provided in the choice which have TFWS seats then yeah! you will get a better choice in the TFWS category. Now if you have selected a college which is a better one but it don't have TFWS seats. So for this case, if you are allotted this institute, then you may not get TFWS seats.

So the condition is case dependent.
