I had cleared the entrance exam of jee main but I got 70% in boards, so how will get to know that I am in the top 20 percentile or not.....?

Well HRithik, to be honest, nobody get to know except your Board and JoSSA.
Your Board basically submits the top 20 percentile list to JoSSA and if it doesnot happens then you need to approach your board and get a letter signed that you are in top 20 percentile of your board.
Easiest way as of now i would suggest you to get the contact number of your board from its website and contact over phone ask them what to do and how to know and do as they say.
