I had filled my year of birth 2000 instead of 2001 in jee mains form.Will this be any issue in future?

Yes it matters, your date of birth must be same in your 10th,12th certificate and in your application otherwise your candidature will be cancelled later on. So if you've filled it wrong then get it corrected as soon as possible by contacting cbse or by visiting cbse office. Take it seriously.
