i had my income certificate less than 1 lakh , but i dont have ews certificate . so now am i able to get 10% reservation in jee main counselling

For EWS reservation there are different criteria in which each one should be fulfilled in order to get the certificate. You mentioned only criteria which you fulfill.
If you want to get 10% reservation through JEE-Main Counselling than you must have EWS Certificate as a valid proof. Note that without EWS Certificate you will not be considered under EWS category.
